Iterative testing
RITE - As a Researcher
Problem Statement:
The Citrix Networking product NetScaler and XM wizard configuration for accessing secure apps and desktop from mobile device.
Objective:
To determine users pain points, challenges and improve the workflow and steps in the existing workflow.
My role:
I was the Usability Researcher and had to design and conduct the usability study with our customers and convey their feedback to our product teams.
What I did:
Planned and moderated user testing sessions with a one group of people and conducted the testing and make changes then again conducted testing with the new changes with a other group of people. We iterated the beta build deployment versions and succed in reducing the number of steps in the workflow and the quantitative metrics for this use case
