Design Walkthrough
Problem Statement:
The design team is developing an improved workflow experience for a specific feature in NetScaler Citrix product. The use case is used to our customers in setup a security to access enterprise applications and remote desktops for their employes from any device.
Objective:
Conduct usability assesments and design walkthrough of the improved work flow and new features that are going to be introduce in the future version releases. And also, to determine user pain points, challenges in their existing workflow.
My role:
I was the Usability Researcher and had to design and conduct the usability study with our customers and convey their feedback to our product teams.
