Network Product Deployment
Usability Study - As a Researcher
Problem Statement:
The Citrix Networking product NetScaler and XA/XD end-to-end deployment for accessing secure apps and desktop from any device. This deployment involves three different management consoles.
Objective:
To determine users pain points, challenges and their needs in configuring this deployment into the customer environment.
My role:
I was the Usability Researcher and had to design and conduct the usability study with our customers and convey their feedback to our product teams.
