Usability Evaluation - As a Researcher
Usability Evaluation Process:
The data were collected for different projects through pre-questionnaires, a heuristic evaluation, and post-questionnaires and usability tests to evaluate the intuitive interaction of the UI. I will start up with preparing the test paln for the study to conduct. I primarily focused on the majority requirements and complex issues users are looking when they are interacting with the product.
In one of my current project in Citrix, usability research plays a key take away for to improve the UI for Citrix products.
Responsibilities :
For each research and report, I played an important role in arranged every testing, recruited participants, and debriefed after each session. Besides, we had regular meetings with the end users to make sure our findings met their expectations. By using various methodologies, we devised different perspectives. The pre-questionnaire was administered to gain an understanding of the users previous experience with similar products and what they thought was important in the product we planned on creating for them. Participants supported this with the explanation that how our new features introducing into the product will result in which type of satisfaction for the users.
