Citrix ByteMobile - A Web Optimization Tool

Currently, I am working on re-designing UI for a web optimization traffic management tool. The project focuses on designing screens and providing adaptive traffic management solutions on the dashboard to improve subscriber quality of experience.
In this project, I helped the project successfully by delivering UX visions through concept designs ,flow screens & persona development to be used to be presented to executives. When the project was still in its early phase, I worked with potential partners through engaging them with initial concept designs and to help project managers align their priorities with the different partners by presenting wireframes. In collaboration with multiple engineering teams and product management in an agile process. I am responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of design proposals, business requirements, end user requirements in the form of wireframes for different UI screens.
Process :
We started with the heuristic evaluation for the already existing UI to identify Usability problems and then communicated with couple of existing customers who is using this product for their business by conducting user interviews for different personas to know about how they use our product and why type of issues they are troubling, what other features they are expecting and how is the UI impeding or helping them and I make sketches of ideas by hand with the requirements that the personas looks in the product and take a feedback to improve the user experience.
I developed wireframes for all the screens and developed a prototype for the dashboard re-design page.
